Home bodies is all about maximizing hypertrophy gains at home while not spending hours and hours training.

Whether you've been forced to train at home due to COVID restrictions or you simply enjoy lifting in the privacy of your own home, this program is for you.

Our main goal is to build muscle as effectively and efficiently as possible.

This team is for everyone who's tired of trying to write their own programs and wants to really make the most of their equipment at home.

We will teach you proper setup and execution of highly effective exercises so you understand HOW and WHY you're doing what you're doing.

We'll utilize variation in tempo, exercise selection, intensity techniques, rep & rest schemes as well as changes in stimuli altogether to make sure you're always moving forward and maximizing your home gym.

I take the guesswork out. You just show up and execute.

When's a good time to jump in?
Anytime is a good time. While there is a progression to the training cycle it's safe to jump in whenever. In the big picture it's not worth wasting time :)
What equipment will I need?
Barbell, Hex bar, Bands, Squat rack/stands, Angles90, Adjustable bench, Variety of DBs, Squat wedges
How long do the sessions take?
45-60 minutes
Is this program for beginners?
While this program is definitely not designed only for "aDvAnCed" people, I would say that if it's your first time doing resistance training it might be a bit much.
How much communication will I get with you?
I will be active in our group messaging as well as offering a weekly zoom for team members.
